the hotel was next to bars and restaurants. the venue was set just a walk down to independence monument. if you want to eat nearby, try romdeng, which is situated 300 m away. we greatly enjoyed staying at pc-hotel.

We walked everywhere, the location was marvelous. We loved pc-hotel:)))

Clean and the decoration in general

It's in the middle of the City. Clean rooms.

The roomservice was a bit "too good". The throw away three pairs of sunglasses, we left in a plastic bag on the table. As we told the staff they denied. We are lucky the where cheap glasses. Hopefully, it was an accident.

Good location; could walk to Sisowath Quay no problem.

The staff were a bit iffy; especially the owner. I was denied requests at point blank range which was very strange as I was the customer; unless they're getting money they have no interest. Breakfast was very poor and it was probably a bit overpriced.

Basic but thoughtful rooms with all the creature comforts of a hotel, but not as stuffy as a big chain. Nice size building and great deluxe rooms.

Owner only spoke French but was very nice and apologetic, his staff spoke great English. Can be noisy in the front of the building so if you are a light sleeper ask for a back room.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good and easy to travel to other city areas.

I was at the PC Hotel for two months on business with another person.The hotel was very clean, nicely located to Sorya market and nightlife. What we were mostly impressed with was the staff, the hospitality and the food. Philipe the owner, a native of France always ensured tht the french flavor, and quality was delivered at dinner time. Every now andt then a free drink would appear in front of us with a french appetizer. The food was outstanding! so good that our friends from a 4 star hotel came to eat at te PC regularly. We enjoyed the character of the hotel, it was quaint and we wll never forget the litttle dog named schmote who was always laying around or welcoming us back from work or siteseeing. The laundry service was excellent, the cleaning staff very good and very friendly. I injured my back while in cambodia. The staff was very attentive and very helpful during this ordeal. The PC is a GEM and we will definately return . Mark

there is no refrigrator bar fridge for keeping water cold

the location is very good. good for nightlife spots which are on the same street. the only thin i would recommend that hotel actually is the location. and the value of course.

the staff was really bad and they treat you like a dollar! we asked the reception to call the bus company for Vietnam we booked, just to make sure that they are coming to pick us up and the guy told me the call is 1 dollar per minute, domestic one (!!!!) in a really nasty and rude way. The reason I asked him was not for a free service of course but for the language issue. Very rude in general. Also breakfast was just one slide of bread with coffee OR juice...

Big verandah and proximity to city centre.

Stained bed sheets and breakfast was minimal.

Room to great standard, big and very clean. Excellent location for bars in street 51 / exploring the city and will come back!

There is a common terasse where you can enjoy your sundowner or sit reading. The hotel is placed close to the royal palace.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms. The vault did not work, everybody tried to repair, even the owner. After an hour they gave up and nothing more happened during my 3 days stay. The manager only speeks french. The WiFi did not work in my room. The TV is installed too high on the wall. Watching TV you either have to stand or lie on the bed. There is no comfortable chair in the room. The toilet was leaking, giving a foul smel in the room. The cleaning personnel placed a towel around the toilet to fix. The hotel is placed in a noisy bar area.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Free Wifi.Safe provided in room.

One of the night we stayed, breakfast was included in the room. The second night it wasn't.
